Maher Matta is President of Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. responsible for over 6,000 employees, and all global customers and businesses based in the Americas. As a key strategic focus for the company, Maher is driving decarbonization and digitalization efforts in the region.
Prior to becoming president, Maher served as senior vice president for Infineon’s Power Sensors & Systems (PSS) division, leading the business and product lines based in the Americas, and vice president and regional center head responsible for PSS’s go-to market teams in the region. He was also responsible for the Silicon Valley Innovation Center (SVIC), working with customers, startups, and universities to find emerging applications that can be enabled by Infineon IP and technologies.
Maher has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has served in leadership and marketing roles in companies such as Analog Devices, Maxim and Intersil. Maher holds a B.S and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He has also completed executive business training from UC Berkeley & INSEAD.

Daniela Koeppe-Bourgeon is the vice president for communications and public policy for Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. In this role, Daniela is responsible for leading internal, external and executive communications and public policy efforts for the company in the Americas region, driving brand awareness, fostering stakeholder relations and engaging employees around Infineon’s company culture, business and regional strategies.
Daniela has over 20 years of experience managing broad global communications responsibilities, working in the U.S., Germany and France, and leading global teams across the Americas, Europe, China, Japan and Southeast Asia regions. Most recently, Daniela led global communications for TI’s technology and manufacturing organization after managing executive and employee communications for several of TI’s strategic business entities. Prior roles included external communications for TI’s medical electronics business strategy and leading the media and analyst relations team for TI’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Daniela is based in Dallas, Texas, with regular presence in Infineon’s San José office. She holds a master’s degree in Communications from Universität der Künste and a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications for English and Spanish from Friedrich-List-Oberschule, both in her hometown of Berlin, Germany

Tapan Pattnayak is a hands-on engineering leader at the intersection of hardware, signal processing, and AI. He leads a 40-member distributed team across India, the US, and Canada building LiDAR systems, cobot and AGV/AMR motor drivers, wireless connectivity solutions, and barcode/vision sensors. Previously he shipped platforms at NVIDIA (Tegra/Jetson) and Google (Daydream/Glass) and founded the Bay Area Center of Excellence at Addverb Robotics, where his five-person team helped drive roughly $50M in revenue. Tapan specializes in end-to-end co-design—from optics, RF, and power/motor control through FPGA/ASIC, firmware, and rigorous field validation. He holds an engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur (2002), completed Stanford non-degree coursework in ADC and RF design, and is the inventor on 3 patents with 2 publications.
